Affiliate Program Agreement

This agreement governs participation in the aiWriter.ai affiliate program. By applying, you agree to these terms. We may update them; material changes are posted here.

1. Commission

• You earn 50% of each payment made by a customer you refer, recurring for up to 12 months from the first payment that earns you a commission on that customer.
• Commission accrues only on payments while the customer is actively subscribed. It stops after the 12-month window, and if the customer cancels or churns.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid (net of any discount), not including taxes or fees.

2. Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via your unique link, aiwriter.ai/unfiltered?via=YOURCODE, using a 60-day cookie (last click wins).
• If a referred visitor creates an account, the referral is also linked to that account — you're still credited if they subscribe later on another device or after the cookie expires.
• A referral is credited when the customer subscribes with your attribution present at checkout.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are made by Wise (preferred) or PayPal, on a Net-60 schedule (a commission earned in a given month is eligible ~60 days later, after the refund/chargeback window).
• Payout runs go out in the first week of each month, covering everything eligible at that point.
• Minimum payout is $50; balances below the minimum roll forward.
• Payouts are triggered manually after review. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

4. Refunds & chargebacks

If a referred customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is reversed — a partial refund reverses the full commission on that payment. A reversal on an already-paid commission is deducted from your next payout.

5. Prohibited promotion methods

• No bidding on aiWriter brand terms (or misspellings) in paid search.
• No incentivized, cashback, or coupon/deal-site promotion without prior written approval.
• No spam, misleading claims, or impersonation of aiWriter.ai.
• No self-referrals — earning commission on your own subscriptions.

6. FTC disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, in line with FTC guidelines (e.g. "affiliate link" / "I earn a commission").

7. Approval & termination

Applications are reviewed manually; approval is at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate any affiliate — and withhold commissions tied to fraud, prohibited methods, or reversed payments — at any time.
